" As you all know, Vilas Javdekar Eco Homes is one of the reputed builders in Pune real estate market. Recently, I purchased a 2BHK flat from them which is still under-construction.

I had a very hassle free and pleasant experience of dealing with VJEH so far. Few points to validate my stand:

-The entire deal was in full white amount. No one even mentioned black / cash.
-I personally found the ratio of carpet to saleable area reasonable.
-Documentations were prepared efficiently and I did receive some other letters from them without even asking from them.
-I would like to especially comment on Ms. Ketaki Kasbekar for always making us feel at home and helping us in the entire process. Even when she was super-busy, she gave us all the answers with a smile.
She does go an extra mile to make sure that the customer is satisfied with her explanations/answers. Not to mention Aditya Javdekar. He shared the real answers/facts and did not give us false information or numbers like other builders. I felt that quality is one of their top priorities."
